HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY

i'm so excited the weekend's here, it's pathetic.

a) had ac/dc's thunderstruck in my head the whole day - always good.

b) i took my computer in to the workshop this morning, and gave them explicit instructions on how to deal with it. they had it ready before lunch. it works now.

it only took two weeks.

c) the mongoose and i had humus "ful" for lunch, and it was brilliant.

d) got my computer set up, and finished the game i've been working on - i think it's a copy of something i saw as a child, called "math blaster" or some such rot. it's addictive. and i figured out a neat way of sharing high scores over the army network.

e) left the base for the weekend, got home in time to take my laundry in

f) did some work - my subconscious came up with a brilliant solution to a problem i was refusing to spend brain cycles on. amazing. so i got my work plan sorted out, and now...

after a long, long walk across tel aviv...

i'm at the dog's place, and we're soon off to do some serious fun-having!
