lack of sleep is catching up with me. i've been sleeping so badly, and working straight through (with my back aching as usual) isn't helping. thank you, coffee and cigarette.

umm. i had something else to say, but i've forgotten already. i REALLY need acupuncture. and a massage.

work earlier was actually quite fun - we had a british event for once, and doing helpdesk for england is SO much more pleasant. from the point of view of the level of customer intelligence as well as the accent :P
