what i'm most impressed about is that i just came back from a run, and i ran fairly quickly for about 40 minutes straight. and stretched when i got back... i'm so close to the splits that i can feel the ground beneath me - 10cm left to go!!
i was under a lot of pressure today, and of course TODAY i had major problems with the network - i was totally frustrated for the first 5 hours. and then, suddenly, with no reasonable explanation, everything started working again.
amazing.
i finished with plenty of time to spare. the new guy's having problems adjusting, so i tried to give him a helpful talk. unfortunately, we have a communication barrier, and i don't think he got the right message.
i did my best.
i've come to an important, and in my opinion mature decision:
FUCK KoL
it's a serious addiction that i REALLY don't need. even less than smoking.
and that's about it for the day. i've had a shower, i'm about to work for an hour (just because i read that it's not smart to sleep right after training), and hopefully i'll be able to sleep tonight. after the last few weeks, i have low expectations :(
but all in all, FEELING GOOD!
