*** yesterday ***

we got nothing done at yogi's last night. although the guys did manage to destroy a superb piece of electronic gadetry, the archos, during a most entertaining fight.

*** today ***

SxS and i met up wih ru55 and a friend on the beach on our way home, which was interesting - it's a nature reserve, with absolutely no lighting or decent paths.

i was supposed to work on the project when i got home, but i was way too tired.

she woke me up around 9.30 to pick something up, and i had difficulty getting back to sleep. my back's much better, now that i've been sleeping without a pillow, and standing up straight...

i got a phone call this morning from the army, informing me that i might get an interview with a programming unit. i have no idea who, and i was a bit embarrassed about asking as he was telling me that he's worried about my level of hebrew...

i spent the day worki... no, i spent the day assing around, doing a little bit of work in between. i realized that there's no way we're going to be ready by monday for our presentation, so i fortunately managed to procure Yet Another Postponement, this time till thursday.

and i've sort of figured out how to actually do the damn thing. converting an entire application to MDI in vb6 is a bit annoying, but well worth it. definitely prettier.

i finally finished watching about schmidt. it was a fun movie, but there were some things i didn't enjoy: neither the hot-tub scene, nor jack nicholson's butt are on my list of things to see.

i'm off to do some required good deeds aka community service, packing food and helping out the elderly, until i go to work tonight.
* silly grin *
