WTF?! today just disappeared!

last night, i really got into reading the da vinci code. a great read, so far, but i HATE it when authors have a chapter heading every couple of pages. it's just silly.

i woke up at 07.30, and went off to the army base - nothing much interesting happened, the highlight of the trip was burning my tongue on scalding hot decaf coffee - i didn't even get a wake-up from it.
* harrumph *

i went from the base to work, where i more or less officially resigned - i'm staying on till the end of july, and have already found a replacement.
weird.

so, after clearing my email for an hour, and hopefully getting paid for it too, i went home. my afternoon just flew by, as i chatted online, and - oh YEEEES - i watched the last samurai. good heavens! tom cruise ACTING! i scarcely believed my own eyes!
it is an AMAZING film, now in my top five movies of all time.

played a bit of KoL (i added the link under the games section), had spaghetti supper, watched a really funny episode of that 70's show (the one where eric buggers up kelso's van), and am now about to do some work on our finance presentation, which is for tomorrow.
good grief.
