30/11/03

*** 28th ***

i joined her babysitting her little brother. watched an incredible video of china.

*** yesterday ***

i got home, having walked, exhausted, in the freezing cold, at 01.30. and went to bed.

i woke up at 07.30. i don't know why. i just couldn't get back to sleep!

i spent the morning doing homework, with a short stop for a great big breakfast, and ferris bueller's day off , which always goes down well.
oh yeah! - yello
and charles sheen! OMFG! i'd totally forgotten about him. he was great.

at around 16.00, she picked me up, and we went to the beach. we had supper at my place (a much improved version of tuna-pasta), and then she went home.

*** today ***

i stayed up until 02.30 doing accounting homework.
which just wouldn't add up.

i woke up at 07.30, forced myself to eat some toast, and went off to university, to print out my homework.
slight logistics problem a) library opens at 08.30. class begins at 08.30. must print before class.

it turned out that class was only scheduled to begin at 08.45, so everything went well. i got someone to take notes for me, and then went with her for breakfast, to a really nice coffee shop, where i had a croissant, and a really good hot chocolate.

i got back to university in time to print out some homework, which came out really nicely (pretty fonts make all the difference), and to do the math homework.
i learned something about germans today. i was sitting and talking to this girl, and then suddenly she just left, all her stuff still on the table. when i wanted to leave, she was nowhere to be found, and she rocked up about twenty minutes later.
apparently, this is perfectly normal german behaviour.

went to math class, which was not bad, but i had difficulty keeping my eyes open. i then went to the labs and did some more homework. yes, that's pretty much all i do with my life. after the labs, SxS fetched me and a couple of friends and we went to herzliya pituach for nando's. an enormous quantity of good, spicy food. i liked.

we went to our friend in pituach, and chilled for a bit. my mom called me, and we spoke for about half an hour. met up with some more friends, and then came home, where i'm about to go to sleep.

all in all, it was a pretty good birthday. maar more is nog 'n dag.
