the time is now 06.53. i've been up for 23 minutes... i'm so proud of me! that was some of the best sleep ever - and five hours made a surprising difference.
although, i suppose that the fact that i'm typing this out is an indication of where my brain isn't at the moment - it's only kind-of study time.
*** later ***
for fuck's sakes. i got through about twenty pages of the document, before i had to head off to class. i got there just in time. i kept nodding off - the lecturer is really boring, and has almost perfected the art of talking much, saying little.
after class i discovered that i'd done the wrong reading. so not only have i lost a lot of sleep, and spent a lot of time wracking my brains over obscure mathematical formulae, but i could have spent that time asleep, and been just as productive.
muthafunsta.
the class itself, for which we'd been assigned the reading, was slightly more boring than the first one. the man said absolutely nothing for three (literally) hours.
i got a ride home, and grootbek gave me a haircut. i think he's probably set a world record for slowest headshave ever. unbelievable.
i arbed around for a bit, then went back to university, barely in time to print out my assignment before class started.
i made it inside just before cutoff.
we had a quiz, a really nasty accounting quiz. i hate the way today went.
the rest of the class was okay - i nodded off a bit towards the end, but i'm almost only human...
i walked home, had me a grand supper (spaghetti with a basic out-of-the-can sauce), and i've done a load of washing. which i'm about to go and put on the line.
oh, and i've played tons of beneath a steel sky. the more i play, the more impressed i get!
i was too tired to go to taekwondo - i wonder if i'll have the energy tomorrow. here's to me!
a story about a man making his dreams come true... but with all the interesting bits left out.
