andale!
this is a speedy post just to jot things down before running off to par-ty!
it was a beautiful morning, only slightly ruined by our old section commander causing us problems. we knew that he was simply shirking responsibility, but he'd managed to convince himself that his problems were ours. we led him around the base to various sections until he got the message. all it took was a few others telling him the same thing.
the day was sorely lacking in things to do - so we occupied ourselves with all sorts of random things. one of the more pleasant things was organizing my medical audit date to be brought forward. another of them was a half hour spent with some very cute girls - although they're young, maybe a bit of sexx0ring won't do them any harm. we played a rather nasty (yet hysterical) practical joke on one of our teammates - we printed out an official report that states that she has an extra year of service.
lunchtime: i threw my cup into the tray for cups to be washed... and it splashed water all over the girl sitting next to it's face. i looked her in the eye and said: "that's never happened to me before!", before laughing, asking if she'd gotten any in her eyes, and walking off.
i went straight to work, got TONS of it done, and i'm very impressed with myself. the boss and i signed the contract, and i received my first paycheck (albeit only a quarter of the amount due to the amount of time i've actually been there). nice.
i've just arrived home, now showering, getting dressed, and we're off!
