dammit! the weekend was going swell until i woke up this morning and remembered that i hadn't taken out the laundry that i'd put in the machine early yesterday afternoon :S
after posting yesterday (the post before hares and coneys) i joined pg for an afternoon nap, then returned to study for a bit. i spent more time sorting out online documents than learning anything new, although a part of that was finally jotting down an abstract for my seminar paper :)
i returned to her place for dinner - the earlier frustration came to a head and i'm still not sure what it all means - then we settled down in front of the telly for dessert and a (i think) pretty good movie. early bed, early rise... early surprise :S
i'm running the washing again (i know it's not going to help that much, but i must try nevertheless), and have encountered a number of interesting cyber-tidbits:
ru55 is an audiophile, so this made me laugh from personal experience. one of the recent comics referenced wikipedia's list of common misconceptions: good to know! especially since it shows that i was wrong about something i said yesterday or the day before about columbus :$
