*** yesterday ***
i was asked to work a later shift as well, which i wholeheartedly agreed to. more money. much needed.
i worked until 14.00, when our food arrived. a large quantity of mushroom and alfredo linguine. really good. only problem was that as soon as the food arrived, i remembered that i only had 45 minutes to arrive at our gym in dizengoff.
basically, i ate it all as fast as i could (it was really good, though. bit of a waste), and then ran, literally, all the way to the other side of the train station (which is normally about twenty minutes away. i made the bus by half a minute.
sweaty, already.
i took the warmup session, which was fairly easy, as the kids gave me so much trouble that i spent the whole warmup punishing them.
at least they learned, eventually. the rest of the training was good. unfortunately, aside from my troubles with my foot, i managed to put my back out. again.
crap.
i made it back to work just in time. in between working, i did some homework, and have been reading some hunter x hunter. i find it interesting how some of the things in the tv series are much clearer...
*** today ***
ho, hum. it's 01.43, and we're still going. we're about to start another session, so everything's slightly more tense, but the night's been fairly easy so far.
i forgot to mention yesterday, that i started reading the jungle book on the bus to work, and i got totally sucked in. i almost missed my stop! it's such beautiful stuff, and just the style makes me feel like a child again.
a story about a man making his dreams come true... but with all the interesting bits left out.
