*** today ***
i got up around 9am, i did some reading for our presentation, i went to the bank, i did some shopping.
our argentinian flatmate and i went to speak to the nice ladies about our community service. i have to do 120 hours of helping kids with english homework, and taking care of one problem child.
i'm gonna be SUCH a good influence.
i went to ra'anana, and did some documentation for icq source code, which was quite interesting, and i got paid decently (NIS100, about R160, for 45 minutes). i got a chappies, too (ex-south africans).
i then had to wait half an hour for a bus that took roughly an hour and a half to get to the desired bus-stop.
for no good reason.
mmf took a while to pick me up - i was really, really hungry, and i was standing next to a bus-stop with a poster of a new chocolate that's just come out, and it looks soooo good.
when we got to a cafe, guess what i bought - and it was just as good as it looked.
when we got to da's, i stuffed myself with bread, humus, and almost an entire packet of vienna sausages...
we spent the afternoon doing bits of work, argueing, and playing games, before da gave me a ride to work.
we started off work with a half hour of QA testing, which was cool (i * broke * the program a number of times), we've just had supper (awesome beef in peanut butter sauce), and we're about to begin work itself.
i'm just concerned that tomorrow's not going to go well - and my nose isn't helping my confidence levels.
signing * snuffle * out.
a story about a man making his dreams come true... but with all the interesting bits left out.
