i just got in from work, and it feels strange that, aside from interesting chats with my coworkers about the downward spiral of the state and the great potential for individuals to be friendly, i didn't do anything but graft. now for other graft, and then rollerblading :)

holy crap! *if* this is valid, it explains *everything*! specifically, my constant need to consume sweets and chocolate and my bit-of-a-belly that refuses to go away.

i'm not just going to give up on not sleeping though. has anyone heard of an alternative way to deal with leptin resistance?
