broken diet

i was on my way to coffeeholic when i remembered that karnaf was back in town, and i turned around to meet up with him for breakfast. we took a slow walk down to the street party, which was really good, and then a slow walk back, stopping for good pastries on the way.

it was only as we were buying beers on entering the street party that i suddenly realized that my breakfast had consisted of things that are specifically forbidden, and i'd totally forgotten about it :/

the party went on a little longer than i'd anticipated, and i definitely wasn't going to be able to make the sunset rollers - instead, i began a side-project organizing rides to nature parties for city-dwellers, and now i think i'm going to nap before the birthday party tonight.

women: it's about balance. yeah, a girl needs to care a little about how she looks, but not so much that how she looks becomes a "thing". a girl who invests heavily in herself looks it, and it's quite a turn-off. what's even more of a turn-off is a girl who invests heavily in being a fashion victim... that's just sad. that goes back to what i was saying about heels.

personally, i'm only looking at girls who can dress nicely without dressing expensively, and who know to apply make-up with finesse or not at all.
