back in town

it's the middle of winter, and i've just come off the beach from a serious frisbee session! sweet!

last night was a bit heavy for me, mostly because i was so freaking tired. i met up with gco and some friends of his, and we headed off to a bar in south tel aviv... where a friend of mine from the office was celebrating his birthday - how random!

the rum was as expensive as it was unimpressive :(

we then met up with gco's girlfriend and went to another bar, where i ran into an old german friend who i haven't seen since 2006... we talked for a while, discovered that we're both into the same sort of shit (frisbee, rollerblading, snowboarding, that sort of thing) and it was her that i met this afternoon on the beach.

we moved on to karnaf for tortillas, then had fun driving through tel aviv to drop me off at home.

this morning i woke up after a good sleep, took a walk to buy a card reader and paint, got my pants fixed, shopped for the weekend, spoke to lake and mmf (even if the latter was merely a fortunate accident), and generally enjoyed myself.
