epic wet fail

the washing machine's bust. i'm running another cycle, but it just ain't making the noises it's supposed to. swak.

i think my okay flatmate's a bit less intelligent than i suspected, and that wasn't a lot to begin with. maintaining my cool...

after a bit of a struggle, i got my microphone to work! skype-able! i even spoke to SxS for a bit, but the internet connection's been spiking so that didn't last long. i went shopping instead, i think i saw our ex-neighbour's ex-best friend (the one who happily gives great massages) but she was *definitely not* looking in my direction so i don't think she wants to be my friend, either.

i've been watching discovery project earth, and it's fascinating stuff!
