watching the prisoner and house didn't do anything for my restlessness, so i left for a walk. i eventually ended up in a really nice little park, feeding the mosquitoes and laughing at myself, at my hopelessness concerning the next three days i'll be spending with the man in the suit.
my mother mentioned c c cummings, and i've decided i really like him.
aging
i close my fist
and feel a surge
i open my hand again
first feeling,
then seeing
a shimmering
a tingling
an aura of power
which will fade as i grow older
