an extra painful hour

i'm longing for the magic massage that can free me of a tyrannically unhappy muscle group. the technology to rip it all out and replace it with something less biologically imperfect would be good, too.

i planned on six hours, but all the digital clocks updated themselves automatically and i ended up with seven :P
