on my way into my apartment this morning, i reported a broken water pipe to the city council. almost exactly two hours after i got into bed, they called me up to get me outside to point the pipe out to them.
let's just say i wasn't running at peak performance.

it's turned into a bit of an ugly, dusty day. now for errands.
