synesthesia, a phenomenon i've experienced temporarily, talked about a lot, and can comfortably connect to my rambling theorizing. an interesting video. that one woman definitely needs to get her teeth sorted out.
i did some shopping and eating after posting (the fridge is full for the first time in a week or so), then bladed off. again with the compliments in the street coming from men only - why can't the women take the same strides? the last couple of months of exercise appear to be improving my aesthetic quality :P
i met up with the mongoose, and we had a good chat even if it only lasted a couple of minutes. one of my co-workers rocked up, and we set out with the group.
the group was great, i've begun to get to know a fair amount of the people in it, and the route was comfortable. i did babysit quite a bit - it was his first time and he wasn't too sure of himself. it's hard work for a beginner :)
i just got back, and as usual am cooling down before showering. ice-cream helps. i hate bananas that are perfect but with sticky skin.
